Six New Amazing Features on Android 4.2

Android 4.2 is surprisingly still called as Jelly Bean. Google’s latest Android OS is finally revealed to public alongside with the brand new Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 3G tablet. Although it share similar code name to Android 4.1, Android 4.2 carry on several new features that you won’t be able to find on previous build. Interested to find them all? Android 4.2 Photo Sphere for Panorama Shoot

Photo Sphere. This mode allow you to take panoramic photo shoot. Capture four different image one by one and Photo Sphere will be able to stitch them all to form a complete panorama shoot. Once you done, you can choose to upload your pictures to Google Map, so all people can see your work.

Gesture Typing. Basically, Google take inspiration from Swype keyboard. You can swipe around the keyboard keys in order to type faster and more efficient. This should be a great addition since you don’t have to install Swype to replace Android’s default keyboard.

Multiple Users. Android 4.2 now allow you to login with multiple users. Each with different Google account. It also allow you to switch between users without any reboot required. But you need to remember that multiple users only enabled in tablet device.

Miracast. Interested to stream your multimedia content to your HD TV screen? Then you can make a good use of Miracast. In order to use this feature, you need to use wireless display adapter to connect your tablet/smartphone and TV.

Daydream. Now you will be able to have screensaver on your Android! Daydream allow you to display Picasa Album or Google Current information while your tablet or smartphone is entering idle or standby mode.

Improved Google Now. This amazing feature now can monitor some specific feature on your Gmail account, like flight schedule or restaurant reservation. All of these information will be displayed in cards. You will be able to find lot of new feature like nearby attractions, interesting photo spots, movie times, etc.
