Samsung GT-i9260 is a Galaxy Premier, Not a New Nexus Device!
The mysterious Samsung GT-i9260 was spotted for the first time on August. There was no technical details known at that moment, lead to a wild speculation that this will be the next Galaxy Nexus. However, thanks to today’s leak, i manage to find out that GT-i9260 is nothing more than Samsung’s latest entry-level Android phone.
Samsung Galaxy Premier (yep, that is the official name of GT-i9260) specs is currently rated below Galaxy S III. For those of you who are not too interested to invest your money on a next gen Android device, you should consider to grab Galaxy Premier. It sports 4.65″ Super AMOLED screen with 720p resolution. Unlike Galaxy Nexus, Premier won’t feature touch screen rendered buttons, so you still have to rely on physical based navigation here.
Deep under it’s chassis, you should find a 1.5GHz dual-core processors, 8/16GB internal memory, and microSD card slot. There are two camera unit attached, 8MP with LED flashlight on front and 2MP web camera. Other important details from Galaxy Premier include WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, DLNA, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
