Huebrix is a new puzzle games released for both Android and iOS platform. Your mission is to drag colored squares and fill path. Sounds simple? Well, wait until you read my review guys. Join me right after the break for more details.

Like i said earlier, Huebrix ask you to drag colored square to available tiles. There is a number above each one of them. It shows how far you can drag the square. Make sure that you have all tiles covered and there is no colored square left. You will be able to finish a stage then. If you think that my explanation is too complicated, you can stream the gameplay video below. I recommend you not to stream it until the end because you might see solutions for some puzzle as well.

Each stage is designed with different characteristics and rule. There are some tiles that blocked. These tiles can only accessed with specific colored square. Other stage also ask you to move in one particular direction after you cross them. Need more challenge? Then you should check out a stage that ask you to add or subtract the number of available colored tiles.

Huebrix-2

I love the concept that Huebirx offer. It is quite fun to figure out how to fill all tiles using the right squares. Even on easy level, you still need couple of minutes to figure out the complete solution. For those of you who love to play puzzle game that need deep thinking, you should try Hueblix immediately. Think carefully before you do any act. Once you finish a level, you will find out that the solution is very simple. Make me feel stupid all time and entertained as well. If you need some help, you can tap on the hint button. It is currently store more than 20 tips that help you to progress to next stage easier.

Huebrix-3

Free version of Huebrix is currently packed with 100 different stages. Once you complete all of them, you can buy up to 300 new levels. These stages are sold in different pack. Each of them cost you $0.99. If you interested to throw $3.99 on this game, the developer will be happy to grant you with 99 hints pack. Personally, i am not a great fan of this system. Other popular puzzle games like Angry Birds and Cut the Rope are both receive frequent update with new levels for free. On the other hand, Huebrix force you to spend cash on a pack of 30, 20, or 10 levels (depends on difficulty). I don’t know how about you, but i can finish 30 levels in a single afternoon. That is why $0.99 feels too much for me.

Graphics quality is quite satisfying. Although there is nothing much to tell about squares and tiles. When it comes to sound, Huebrix feature loop tunes played on each stages. Sounds quite boring, but you won’t listen to it carefully when your mind is focused on the puzzle.
