Galaxy S III Mini Officially Announced. Feature Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and 4″ Super AMOLED Screen

Just like i’ve already told you before, Galaxy S III Mini is finally get it’s official announcement today in Germany. The handset is presented as “compact version of Galaxy S III”. According to Samsung, this little beast is able to provide high-end performance with S III inspired design with it’s elegant 4″ touch screen.

Galaxy S III Mini is currently run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and sports Super AMOLED screen with WVGA resolution. Other important features from Galaxy S III Mini includes GPS, NFC, Bluetooth, S Beam, 5MP rear shutter, VGA web camera, 1.5GHz dual-core ST-Ericsson NovaThor CPU, 1GB RAM, 8/18GB internal memory, microSD card slot, and 1,500mAh battery unit.
