After long time waiting, T-Mobile HTC One S is finally upgraded with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Aside from make your handset run on new OS, this update will also give your One S an UI pimp with HTC Sense 4.1. This should be a good news for all HTC fans around US. There is no doubt that HTC smartphones are one of the most famous product in the country. That is why there are lot of fans out there were wondering when their One S will receive new OS update.

According to T-Mobile official statement, this update also contain several fixes and tweaks like smooth transition effect, performance improvement, and wireless tweaks (Bluetooth and WiFi).

It’s been a long time since T-Mobile HTC One S users were haunted with bugging wireless connectivity issues. It should be a good news to hear that an update is finally released to fix that problem. Although it is not an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, this is still a welcome release. Please note that you might want to connect your One S to a decent WiFi network first before you download this new update. That is because it is currently sized at 150MB.
