After long time waiting, Sony is finally come out with an Android device that running on the latest version of the system! Yes, you are right guys. It comes in a form of a tablet called Sony Xperia Tablet S. Sony expect to set a direct competition to other tablets like Kindle Fire 2 and Asus Transformer Pad 300.

But Sony must remember that they have number one enemy in this war, the new kind on the block, Google Nexus 7. Priced at $199.99, or similar to the world’s best selling Android tablet (Kindle Fire), Nexus 7 manage to caught lot of people attention since it’s the first tablet that released with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. In addition, you will also get quad-core Tegra 3 processors and 12 cores Nvidia GPU! Isn’t that fantastic?

Display: Sony Xperia S sports 9.4″ capacitive touch screen with 800 x 1280 pixels resolution. According to Sony, it has 161 ppi density. Internal memory: Sony Xperia Tablet S is released in three different version. You can pick between 16/32/64GB edition. Each of them are packed with 1GB RAM and microSD card slot support.
