Android 4.1 Jelly Bean was officially announced at Google I/O Conference in San Fransisco three months ago. However, it doesn’t take too long for Google to upgrade nearly all their capable Nexus device to Jelly Bean. As you might already know, Motorola Xoom, Galaxy Nexus, and Galaxy S III (all the International version) have already upgraded to Android 4.1. Now, it’s time for Galaxy Nexus 4G to receive similar update. Lucky for you if you’re happen to live in Canada, because this Jelly Bean update is released for Galaxy Nexus 4G that worked under Telus, Wind, Fido, Rogers, and Virgin Mobile networks!
This should be a good news for all North American Android fans. Even Verizon Galaxy Nexus in US hasn’t been treated with Jelly Bean yet. This is mean that all Canadians Galaxy Nexus 4G owners will be the first in America region to taste Jelly Bean update on their handset.
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is packed with tons of feature. But there are three new function that i would like to highlight here. First, let’s start with V-Sync. It is a new graphical features that will prevent tearing on your handset. Second we have triple buffering. It should improve the way your CPU, GPU, and display work together. Last but not least, you will also experience great improvement in touch screen responsiveness.
