Bell Will Be The First to Release Android 4.1.1 Update for Galaxy S III
Samsung was already made it clear at IFA 2012 that Galaxy S III will definitely taste Jelly Bean soon. For those of you, Galaxy S III proud owners, you can relax now. The problem is, we have no idea when it will exactly happen.
However, according to some reports, the update should be available around the corner very soon. My trusted source even able to say that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S III will be available for download next week. But if i were you, i won’t be too excited. First, we have no idea which market will be the first to receive the update (hope that it will be your country). Second, the update is issued via OTA, means that it takes weeks or even months before it reach your handset.
For those of you who believe in rumors and gossip, i can tell you that there’s a lead say that Android 4.1 JB for S III will land on Northern America first. This is mean all Canadian Android enthusiasts will manage to provide us with a hands-on experience review next week. Bell is said to be the first local carrier that release the update.
