Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Reports from Big Manufacturers

Android 4.1, or also known as Jelly Bean, is the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system. It brings lot of major improvement, compared to it’s predecessor: Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Users will be able to experience the brand new Project Butter graphics engine, Google Now app, and deeper integrated notification system. No wonder why there are lot of Android enthusiast out there hoping that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update will become available for their handset.

Google Nexus 7, the first tablet that ever made by giant search company, is the first device on this planet that running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Motorola Xoom, Galaxy Nexus, and Nexus S were the next Android devices to receive such update since they’re made with the help from Google’s own engineering team.

Then what about other handsets? When they will receive Android 4.1 update? Let’s find out the answer on the full report card below guys

Samsung: For those of you who are happen to own the International version of Galaxy S III, the one with quad-core processors, you should be able to grab Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update by now. There is no need to use your KIES software since it is released via OTA. On the other hand, the Korean giant also explain that similar update for US Galaxy S III is on being inspected right now. Samsung said that they’re currently have some issues regarding to the 4G LTE radio on the handset, but promised that the update will be released very soon.

HTC: The Taiwan based company was already make an official statement regarding to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. They said that HTC One XL, One X, and One S will receive Google’s latest Android OS treat. So, for those of you who are happen to own one of those three handsets, you can relieve now. Although HTC is still not provide us with any exact release date right now.

Motorola: Like i said earlier, Motorola Xoom is already upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. But please notice that it happen more likely because the tablet is considered as “Nexus” device. On the other hand, Droid RAZR Maxx and Droid RAZR are promised to receive similar update soon. You can expect the update to come earlier than the other manufacturer since Google already decide to take over Motorola last year.
