Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 might not carry on significant changes if you compare it to previous Galaxy Tab. However, since Verizon decide to pick it as part of their android lineup and add 4G LTE connectivity support, you might want to include Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 LTE on your shopping list. Today, i manage to get an exclusive hands-on experience with it. I suggest you to read this quick review since it will become a good consideration before you decide to pick the tablet or not.

Like i said earlier, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 doesn’t carry on too many changes compared to it’s predecessor. There are only two new things that you find on this budget tablet. First, it is now running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich since the first day. Second, Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 feature latest Samsung TouchWiz UX interface. Aside from the addition of 4G LTE radio, there is actually no real difference between this tablet and the original Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 that i already reviewed few months ago.

Look at the specs sheet and you will understand what i am talking about right now. Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is currently sports 7″ touch screen that only able to provide maximum 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. Off course you shouldn’t expect 720p HD quality display from this tablet. It is currently run on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Deep under it’s hood, lies 1.2GHz Snapdragon dual-core CPU. No S4 CPU guys, boring. Other important details that you might want to know include 1GB RAM, 8GB internal data storage, microSD card slot, and IR blaster.

Verizon’s 4G LTE network should be able to make you experience a fast blazing Internet connection. What i really appreciate from their service is wide range of coverage area. Verizon’s 4G LTE service is currently available in more than 375 markets all over US. Add that with 3.2 megapixels camera and you will get a pretty solid Android ICS tablet, although i would still love to invest my money on Google Nexus 7 instead.

In order to provide you with an impression of how good Verizon’s 4G LTE network, Android Community have done few speedtest session with Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 4G LTE. Just like usual, their speed is ranging from 10-12MBps download and 2-5Mbps upload.

Verizon also noted that this tablet is packed with Samsung Approved for Enterprise certification, which ensure your data security with 256-bit AES encryption system. It is also support for VPN and MDM connectivity. So, for those of you who’re looking for an affordable enterprise tablet, you can grab Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 LTE from Verizon for $349 only. Do not forget to add $10 monthly “Share Everything” plan to it and you will get a solid enterprise tablet to add your productivity.
