Verizon HTC Rezound Finally Receive Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Treat

It’s been a long time since we’ve hear rumors about Android 4.0 update for Verizon’s HTC Rezound. The handset itself was already listed on HTC’s ICS update plan, but i don’t have any idea when it will exactly happen. But today, the wait is over. Both HTC and Verizon are teamed-up to start roll out Ice Cream Sandwich update for Rezound. It’s not a suprising news though since we’ve been expecting this since long time ago. I still can’t understand what took them so long to provide such update.

But the most important thing right now is the fact that the Android 4.0 update for Rezound is available now. It is available as OTA update and currently sized at 299MB. Off course i don’t have to explain why you need a decent WiFi connection to grab this update. If you are happen to own HTC Rezound, wait until an official notification pop out and you will be able to download it immediately. Please note that usually OTA update take quite long to reach all units. So, there’s a great chance that you’ll have to wait for another months to taste Ice Cream Sandwich on ‘ur Rezound.
