Once you finish installing PdaNet on both smartphone and tablet, you need to launch the app. On your data-enabled phone, tap on the Run as Server button. On the other hand, you need to pick Run As Client option on your tablet. Next, you need to click on the Set Network Proxy button and PdaNet will try to discover your tablet.
