Sony Xperia SL Listed on Company’s Web Page With 1.7GHz Dual-Core CPU

Sony Xperia SL was already spotted on the Internet for few times. I’ve already come out with some leaked specs and images since weeks ago. Now, the company decided to officially release it. There is no fanfare or huge media event created for Sony Xperia SL. It seems like the company plan to release it quietly. Xperia SL is already listed on Sony’s official page, complete with render image and specs.

Sony Xperia SL is an improved version of Sony Xperia S, an Android handset that Sony released earlier this year. Xperia SL is currently powered with dual-core processors that clocked at 1.7GHz or 200MHz faster than it’s predecessor. Sadly, it is currently run on Android 4.0 ICS instead of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Any interested customers should be able to pick between pink or silver colors.

So, what about the rest of specs? Well i feel like don’t need to write it down here because they’re practically identical to Xperia S! So, Xperia SL is basically only offer faster processors and Android 4.0 on board. Plus, if you interested in silver or pink chassis, Xperia SL might be the right device for you.

Unfortunately, Sony is still remain silent about the pricing of Xperia SL. However, some say that the company will come out with more details when they attend IFA 2012 Berlin on August 29th. I will inform you soon when i manage to find out more update news about this topic.
