Pantech Marauder 4G LTE Priced $50 at Verizon

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen something new from Pantech. Last time i check, the Korean company was announcing the arrival of Pantech Vega 4G LTE. Now, they are ready to penetrate US market once again via Verizon. Big Red is reported to offer the new Pantech Marauder for $50 only! This should be a good news for those of you who’re looking for a good sub $100 Android phone.

Off course you have to sign on two years contract with Verizon, but you will get 1GB data and unlimited amount of text and talk.

Specs-wise, Pantech Marauder is not too disappointed. It is powered by 1.2Ghz dual-core processors and 1GB RAM. In terms of display, this handset sports 3.8″ touch screen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. If you need a camera, Marauder has 5.0 megapixels rear shutter. You can use it to record video, take photos or perform a video chat.

If you’re new to Android, Marauder will also make a good way to start your adventure in the amazing Android world. Pantech Marauder 4G LTE has Starter Mode. It is a simplified user interface that optimized for first time smartphone users. There are four home screen available with pre-installed widget. A dialer icon placed on the bottom dock to offer quick access in call making. But if you’re a veteran users of Android, you can activate the Standard Mode from the first time.

Pantech Marauder 4G LTE is currently rely on 1,680mAh battery unit. It should be useful to provide you with 490 minutes of average usage.
