International version of Motorola RAZR gets Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update via OTA.
According to GSMArena , the updates was roll out today, and worldwide. It’s better for you to check the System Updates, and download the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update via OTA.
But, some comments explain that the update still haven’t reach them yet. Here’s some comments from the GSMArena thread :

Still no OTA update for UK and Colombia, but I think it will be available soon.
