MicroMax Superfone Elite A84 Released With Not-Super Specs. Run on Android Gingerbread

It seems like big manufacturer in the Android phone industry should have to keep an eye on India market. There are lot of Android tablet and phone released everyday. Today, we have another newcomer. Local company known as Micromax is recently release new handset called as Superfone Elite A84. I know that it is very ambitious to called your product as “Super”, so i am quite disappointed when i found out that it is still running on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. No Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich only mean one thing, lame.

However, if you’re a great fan of GSM network or your country only support for such comm. port, you should consider grab Superfone Elite A84 from MicroMax. The company said that it should work fine in any GSM-enabled area. There are also two different camera unit attached, so you should be worry about your photo-taking need. This handset is currently rely on 1,630mAh battery unit for it’s main power source. The company said that it should be able to last for 4.5 hours.

One thing that might rise my interest on this handset is the fact that it has A.I.S.H.A or stands for Artificial Intelligence Speech Handset Assistant. It is some kind of voice command engine, just like Apple iPhone 4S’ Siri. There is still no information about how much internal data storage that it has, but i can confirm you that Superfone Elite A84 has microSD card slot that able to read up to 32GB memory card,

Usual connectivity like Bluetooth, micro USB, and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n are all available. MicroMax doesn’t mention anything about dual-SIM card slot, but GSM Arena said that Superfone Elite A84 is indeed a dual-SIM phone. Guess that we should wait until the actual unit arrive in the market before manage to answer the question.
