How to Install Beats Audio + Alsa + AudioFX Widget on Samsung Galaxy Ace

This is a great news for those of you who are happen to own Samsung Galaxy Ace. Instead of spending your money on a HTC handset, which also happen to become the only phone in the market with Beats Audio equalizer enabled, now you can experience similar feature on your Samsung Galaxy Ace for free!

How is this possible? Well, you should give all credit to an XDA member known as Lovetz. He is recently manage to come out with an amazing script to enhance audio quality on your Samsung Galaxy Ace. There is no specific name to call it, but he decide to name it as Beats audio engine+Alsa+AudioFX Widget. Combination of these incredible scripts will make your Galaxy Ace sing sounds like Walkman or true HTC handsets. Today, i will teach you how to install it.

note: this mod works on all ROM, but is suggest you to create backup first

1. If your handset is currently packed with DSP manager app, you better freeze or delete it first
2. Download Beats Audio + Alsa + AudioFX widget pack from here and move it into the root folder of your SD card
3. Power off your handset and boot into ClockworkMod Recovery
4. Create Nandroid backup
5. Navigate to Mount Data > Mount System > Install beats_by_contradictor_V2.07_Alsa.zip
6. Reboot your handset
7. Next, you need to navigate to Google Play store. Download and install a free app called as AudioFX Widget
8. Start this app. Once you already on the main screen, select Dialog. I suggest you to pick 40% transparency at first
9. Do not forget to disable any other equalizer app that currently installed on your android
10. Add the widget to your home screen and you can turn on any EQ and bass that you want.

Well, that’s it! Pretty simple right? You can enjoy a brand new music quality on your Samsung Galaxy Ace. I know that it is not as good as real Beats Audio, but clearly, there is a major impact that you gain by installing this script.
