Sony Xperia Acro S Land on Taiwan and Europe in August

Xperia Acro S was officially released in Taiwan in July 19th. But that doesn’t mean that local customers are able to purchase the handset right away from Sony stores on that very moment. According to local gadget webpage, ePrice, the sales of Xperia Acro S in Taiwan won’t start until early August. Boy, i wonder why they took so long to do that.

But if you want to know more about Sony Xperia Acro S pricing details, you can navigate to Sony Taiwan official store web page. It is clearly stated that the handset is currently priced at 17,900 Taiwan dollars, which is equal to $549 or €492.

On the same month, Xperia Acro S will also available for Russian customers, but with more expensive price tag. According to report, the handset will be priced at 23,990 Rubles or equal to $728 or €603. I have no idea when the European invasion of Xperia Acro S will start, but i have a good feeling that i will happen on the same month.

Sony Xperia Acro S is a waterproof Android smartphone that running on Ice Cream Sandwich. It sports 4.3″ touch screen with HD screen that completely resistant to scratch. There are 12.0 megapixels rear shutter with LED flashlight. You should be able to record a nice 1080p video with it. On the opposite side, you can find the 1.3 megapixels web camera. Deep under it’s surface, lies a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB RAM, and 16GB internal data storage.
