Motorola Xoom Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update Released. Download it Here!
Yesterday, i’ve already told you that Motorola’s team is currently cooking Jelly Bean update for Xoom tablet. They’ve pushed an early build of the firmware to some beta testers volunteer. Today, i’ve got more information about that! Sit tight on your seat guys, because this is gonna be really interesting.
First, of all, the early build Xoom’s Jelly Bean is available for download now. If you interested, you can download and read the installation manual in here. Since this is considered as beta, you should do this at your own risk. There is a very good chance that you’re gonna find few or even lot of bugs. Sadly, most of users who already attempt to apply this tablet were stuck in the apply_patch_space error. I hope that you don’t experience such problem, so you can tell me how’s it feels like to have Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running on Xoom.
The update is currently tagged with IMM76 build number. You can grab it directly in here or here (). Please note that it is only compatible with Motorola Xoom tablet that packed with fingerprint: motorola/tervigon/wingray:4.0.4/IMM76/292727/release-keys. If you’re not sure what i’m writing here, you can just check out your build.prop file (use root explorer or similar app to do that) and compare yours with mine.
So, what are you waiting for guys? If you have the guts to try this early build, download and install it immediately. Then tell me what do you think about it here. Please guys. I am very curious!
