Google Nexus 7 8GB Shipped to Canada Now!

It must be a good day for all tech-fanatics in Canada. Google Nexus 7 will soon reach your doorsteps! But that will only happen if you already order yours via Play store starts from weeks ago. I manage to figure out this information after one of my friends at Quebec said that he receive an official email confirmation from Google about the Nexus 7 shipping. Great!

Then what about the other country? The giant search company said that the pre-order units of Nexus 7 will be shipped start from July 17th or two days ago, so there’s a chance that your tablet is already arrive in destination by now. Not so long after that, Google announce that the shipping process will also start in Canada. Well, i must give them some credit for this effor. I thought that Google will failed to meet their own deadline for Nexus 7 shipping. Especially because they’ve been busy to solve the problems with Apple due to Galaxy Nexus and Motorola ban.

Unfortunately, customers that receive the email confirmation from Google are they who order the 8GB edition of Nexus 7. According to my trusted source, customers who demand for 16GB Nexus 7 still not receive any news from Google. I also heard that the 8GB version shipment will take 1-2 weeks, while the 16GB will take longer than that. It might be arrive at your home within 3 or 4 weeks.

Google Nexus 7 was presented for the first time at I/O Conference in San Fransisco nearly two weeks ago. I was there and i must admit that Jelly Bean is a great improvement from Ice Cream Sandwich. Aside from the new OS, Nexus 7 also bring quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU, 12-core Nvidia GPU, 1.3 megapixels front-facing camera, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth features.
