Droid Bionic Android 4.0 .232 Update Released at XDA
Few days ago, i’ve already told you that some member at XDA forum have manage to pull-out an early build of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for Droid Bionic. Motorola still remain silent about this, but for those of you who believe, the official/final version of the ICS update might be coming very soon. It seems like this prediction will come true since another ICS update for Droid Bionic is leaked again!
Still from the same source, XDA developer forum, the update is tagged with version .232 and it has some different features than the Droid Bionic ICS update that spotted few times ago. Again, since the leaks is very frequent, we might won’t be able to see the final update with few days. It might take couple of weeks or even a month. However, for those of you who can’t wait to taste the Ice Cream Sandwich, you can go to XDA member and download the update there. You will need your phone rooted and CWM (ClockworkMod Recovery) to install the update, so i won’t recommend this one for those of you who have less knowledge about Android system.
Motorola Droid Bionic Android 4.0 update is scheduled to be arrive at the third quarter of this year. This is mean that it could start to roll out in July, August, or September. So, there’s still two months ahead for Motorola. Hope that they won’t delay the release since the advanced version of Ice Cream Sandwich, the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is already available around the corner now.
What about you guys? Do you planning on flash this leaked update to your Bionic? or just wait for the official update and install it in a safe way?
