After few weeks of leaks and speculation, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for both Motorola Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR Maxx are finally pushed out by Verizon today. Grab your handset and see if it’s already reach yours.

According to Verizon, this update also include series of code that will enable the GSM feature on both of those handset. This is mean that your Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR Maxx will officially become a “world phone”, soon after the updating process complete. Feel free to use them in more than 220 different countries around the world.

Motorola also confirm some fact about ICS lockscreen on Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx. Just like we’ve predicted before, users will be able to access camera directly from the screen. They are also allowed to open other function like text message and dialer.
