Ematic eGlide Pro X Android 4.0 Tablet Priced at $219

This is a great news for those of you who are looking for cheap Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet. A lesser-known electronics company Ematic is recently announce the arrival of it’s new tablet, eGlide Pro X. It sports 9.7″ touch screen and powered by 1.2GHz single-core CPU and 400MHz GPU. If you interested, you should be able to purchase this device for $219 at Walmart.com, JR.com, and D&H Distributing.

eGlide Pro X is not the only tablet that created by Ematic. Previously, the company already come out with eGlide XL Pro 2 with 10.1″ screen and eGlide Prism and eGlide Steal. Both feature 7″ screen and priced at $216 and $119, respectively. All of them also support for WiFi connectivity.

Now, back to the news about eGlide Pro X. The company noted that this device is designed for both professionals and personal use. Users will be able to accomplish their office-related tasks via pre-loaded Polaris Office app. It will allow you to open popular office format like MS Office, Powerpoint, and Excel. Specs-wise, eGLide Pro X is not too disappointing. It is currently powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processors, 400MHz GPU, a full gigabyte of RAM, and 8GB internal data storage. If that’s not good enough, you can still take advantage from the free 5GB cloud storage space and install additional microSD card. The tablet is able to read up to 32GB memory card.

If you interested in HD video playback, eGlide Pro X is able to play an 1080p HD video without any problem. In order to connect it to larger TV screen, you can take advantage from the available HDMI output port.
