Samsung Plan to Develop 3D Smartphone with HD Resolution

Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy S III as their flagship android smartphone this year. But for them, the main goal is to provide customers with an innovative android handset with 3D capability! We’ve already seen similar products like LG Optimus 3D and HTC Evo 3D. So far, market respond for those products are not too promising. There are some customers that interested to experience 3D interface on their handset, but there are not too many of them. But this fact seems not stop Samsung from developing this kind of device.

Nick DiCarlo, the Vice President of Product Planning for Samsung, noted that 3D will the main component of entertainment revolution in the future. The company is plan to create a 3D Android device that able to stream movies to other screen in a high-resolution quality. However, we might able to see this handset really soon. Samsung noted that new Exynos processor will make things work quite well.

As you might already aware of, tablets and smartphones are now part of our daily life. We can use it to accomplish daily task, while on the same time they can provide us with a complete solution for portable entertainment. But thanks to the rapid growth of mobile technology, smartphone will be able to provide us with more complicated function in the near future. The possibility are unlimited and streaming 3D interface is one of them.

On the other side, Samsung is not the only company that see 3D as the future of smartphone. LG is recently reported to develop a new handset that will be able to allow user to record both 2D and 3D video on the same time. This could be a useful feature since users will be able to choose what mode to view their recorded footage. LG was already produced many TV units with 3D capability. In the near future, they might even able to transferred the simultaneous 2D-3D feature to one of their TV set.

LG’s latest 3D handset is currently dubbed as Optimus 3D Maxx. But that doesn’t mean that the company stop evolving their products. It is said that they are now plan to create a smartphone with a reliable rear shutter that even able to replace a DSLR camera! Not to mention that this device will be able to deal with blur image issue that often happen when you stream your photo into a larger screen.
