The original Droid RAZR (read our review here) was one of the slimmest android smartphone in the world. It is also feature an unique rear cover that made of Kevlar, which usually used on bulletproof vest. However, this handset suffer quick battery drain issue when the 4G mode is turned on. That’s why the company decided to come out with Droid RAZR Maxx (review available in here), a handset with similar hardware specs to Droid RAZR, but with bigger battery. However, it seems like that the “evolution” won’t stop there. Motorola is reported to develop Droid RAZR HD with 4.3 inch screen. The handset is recently emerged in China.

The web page noted that the unannounced smartphone is currently tagged with model number MT887 and running on Android 4.0.3. It is also obvious that this device is branded and will only work on China market. However, it is clear now that Motorola is currently working on the third Droid RAZR. This news is also confirmed by The Mobile Indian.

It is said that the device will be able to display images and videos with maximum 720p HD resolution via it’s 4.3 inch touch screen.

The device is also spotted at GLBenchmark list with model number MB886, so this one must be the US version of the Droid RAZR HD. Test result shows that Droid RAZR HD is currently tested to work with AT&T and Verizon Wireless network. Same as HTC One X, this device is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processors that clocked at 1.5GHz. It is also running on Android 4.0.3 and posses 1280 x 720 display. We have no idea when the handset will be released, but we will inform it to you immediately when we figure it out.
