Sprint’s Galaxy Nexus LTE was expected to see the daylight for the first time on April 22nd. So far, there’s no official statement from the carrier, but BGR is already confirmed that the LTE handset will indeed arrive on that day. In addition, we also manage to capture a screenshot of BestBuy’s internal system (thanks to our guys at Android Police) that reveals the availability of the 4.65″ AMOLED smartphone.
As you can see on the picture above, the system is clearly stated the presence of a new smartphone from Samsung, which should refer to the new Galaxy Nexus LTE. Still from the same document, we also manage to conclude that LG Viper will be commercially available on the same date. If you need more prove, you can notice that the system also contain related words like “Sprint Handsets”, “Sprint”, “Digital Communications”, and “Samsung”. It can’t be other device than the Galaxy Nexus. The status for the handset is still filled in with “Deleted”, probably because the handset is not officially announced yet.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus and LG Viper will be the 2nd and 3rd LTE device from Sprint. Previously, the carrier already announce the arrival of HTC EVo 4G LTE, the first smartphone in US that support for HD Voice. Above ‘em all, we would also like to test how’s Sprint new LTE service will work.
