Hands On Experience with HTC One X, One S, and One V

As predicted before, HTC is finally revealed the One X, One S, and One V android smartphones in Barcelona. We are manage to get our hands on these amazing handsets when we visit the company’s booth today.

Jeff Gordon, Online Communication Manager for HTC, the One series is the company’s answer for all of their consumers that were complaint about how’s the company release too many android smartphone last year, making it hard to tell the difference between a 4.3 android handset from another. For your information, HTC was released more than 50 different handset last year.

HTC One S, One V, and One X are packed with HTC Image Chip, Beats Audio technology, and gorgeous chassis. All of them will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC Sense 4.0.

HTC One Series

Now, let’s start with the HTC One X. Thanks to it’s quad-core processors, apps and menus are opened quickly. Scrolling through options and menu is currently the best experience we’ve ever had from an android smartphone. However, we don’t have enough time to test it’s battery lifetime. But HTC and Nvidia noted that the Tegra 3 CPU is packed with a fifth core that currently act like a battery optimizer.

In term of display, HTC One X posses a Super LCD 2 screen. The viewing angles is great and we are able to view it’s content, even under direct sunlight exposure. The chassis is made entirely from polycarbonate material. It looks gorgeous and attractive, which is not too surprising since One X is branded as a premium product. This handset should start to penetrate the US market soon and it will receive direct support from AT&T.

On the other side HTC One S is carry on lower hardware specs than it’s siblings. It has 1.5Ghz dual-core Qualcomm processors. We are able to navigate through menus and switch between screens with ease. One S sports a 4.3 inch screen with Super AMOLED display technology, making it a great device for watching movies or playing games.

Finally, let’s talked about the HTC One V. This device is coated with an unibody chassis that made entirely from aluminum material. HTC One V carry on single camera unit, 5.0 megapixels on the back side. Since One V is powered by a single-core processors, you can’t record any 1080p HD video with it.
