Yesterday, we’ve already told you that the 7 inch Galaxy Tab 2 will be the first from company that feature Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Now, another company decide to follow Samsung’s patch by introducing it’s own Android ICS tablet. Meet the Acer Iconia Tab A510. This tablet will announced at the same time with it’s siblings, the Iconia Tab A700. Both of them are packed with some amazing features.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 was introduced for the first time at CES 2012 on Las Vegas last month. The tablet is now arrived at France and already available for purchase there. It features Google’s latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, which brings new user interface and improved multi tasking performance. This is mean that A510 will set a direct competition with Asus Transformer Prime as few tablet PC’s that run on Android ICS. Plus, A510‘s price tag is currently cheaper than Transformer Prime.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 is powered by a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU that clocked at 1.3Ghz. It’s 10.1 inch screen are capable to provide maximum 1280 x 800 pixels resolution display. The CPU is also accompanied by a full gigabyte of RAM and 32GB internal data storage. There’s 5.0 megapixels rear shutter that can be utilized to record a nice 720p HD video footage. Acer also packed this tablet with a 2.0 megapixels front facing camera for video call purpose. For it’s main power source, Acer Iconia Tab A510 is rely on a 9800mAh battery unit.
