Huawei hasn’t made any serious role in US android handset market. But the Chinese company come to CES 2012 with a new handset that might caught lot of android enthusiasts this year. They were revealed their latest invention called Huawei Ascend P1 S. It is one of the slimmest handset that available around the market. Packed with qHD Super AMOLED screen, Ascend P1 S will landed in US soon, complete with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. But it seems like that the company still have more is store to offer.
According to the company’s representatives, Huawei will conduct a press conference on February 26 or one day before Mobile World Congress. Huawei plan to give more detailed explanation about their latest high-end handset that will be called as Diamond series. The company claim that these handsets will be their latest invention that carry on the most state of the art technology.
There’s no technical details revealed yet. But if Huawei intend to give serious thread to another big player like Samsung or Sony, then this Diamond series better be packed with a quad-core CPU, full HD screen, or some innovative feature.
This year’s Mobile World congress will be held at Barcelona. Lot of people expect that some major manufacturer like Samsung and HTC will come out with world’s first quad-core smartphone. There’s been plenty of rumors suggest that both company will come out with Galaxy S3 and HTC Edge.
