1. Make sure that you’ve already install the latest version of Galaxy G551 into your computer
2. Navigate to Settings > Applications > Development, turn on the USB debugging mode
3. Plug in your device into the computer
4. Download and Install Android SDK into your computer
5. Launch the sdkmanager.exe file
6. Select the following options and press Install

• Android SDK Platform-tools, revision 1 [*]
• SDK Platform Android 2.2, API8, revision 2
• Samples for SDK API 8, revision 1

7. Wait until the process to finish. The SDK manager will come out with list of installed packages
8. Launch the command prompt in your computer by clicking the start button, type cmd, and press enter
9. type the location of android-sdk-windows folder and press enter
10. Now, enter the following command, end with hitting the enter button for each command

adb devices
adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2

11. Unplug your device and you’re finish.
