Acer was expected to launch Iconia Tab A200 tablet on January 15, but the Taiwan based company decided to made the announcement earlier on this month at CES 2012. The tablet is recently spotted at BestBuy. Anyway, when Acer presented this tablet for the first time, it look almost like A500 with with some software improvement.
Acer Iconia Tab A500 was worked under tablet-optimized Android 3.2 Honeycomb. It is packed with a Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core CPU, alongside with 8/16GB Internal data storage and a full gigabyte of RAM. This tablet sport 10.1 inch screen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution display. Aside from 2.0 megapixels web camera, the tablet also has some useful ports like USB, microUSB, microSD, charging, and 3.5 mm audio jack.
Meanwhile, as we mentioned earlier, A200 carry on similar specs. But this time, the tablet work under quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform. The company also packed this tablet with a lockscreen interface that almost look like the one that present on HTC Sense.
