7 Inch Android Tablet, SKYPAD Alpha 2 Available on December 20
Another new player come to challenge the tough android tablet market. This time the new product come from SKYTEX Technology. The company has announce their latest tablet called SKYPAD Alpha 2. This tablet will be available on Christmas and feature 7 inch capacitive touch screen with 800×480 pixels resolution. It also has a 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, MALI-400 graphics chip, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal data storage. You can expand the data space using the microSD card slot, which can handle up to 32 GB capacity.
SKYPAD Alpha 2 is currently run on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, but the company promised that there will be an Android 4.0 update in the future release. Tablet physical connection established using HDMI output port and USB slot for additional peripherals. WiFi and Bluetooth connection are also available.
However, there’s no pricing details for this tablet. SKYPAD Alpha 2 will start to ship on December 20. This tablet also feature front side VGA camera and 3.5 mm headphone jack.
