There’s lot of affordable android tablet that is available on the market. Today, we have the opportunity to review one of them. It is the 7 inch android tablet named KLU 7028 (manufactured by Curtis International) that we talked about. Priced at $149.99, this device is available via online sales on Amazon.

KLU 7028 is currently run on Android 2.1 operating system. The rest of the technical feature include a 1GHz processor, 256 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, and microSD card slot that can handle up to 32 GB external card. The battery unit can provide up to 2-4 hours battery lifetime on normal use and 8-10 hours on standby mode.

When its first came to our office, the package is arrive in very good condition. The tablet has clear screen. There’s also DVI port and USB port available. KLU 7028 is able to provide great wireless internet connection. We’re tested it on completely indoor room and the tablet is still manage to gain full bar signal. Default web browser run smoothly, you can open web pages and stream youtube video without any problem (thanks to the default youtube player). Although you might want to install flash player to gain more access to some online pages.

Unfortunately, KLU 7028 is lack of android market access and it has no word processors apps. But that is no big deal, with it’s affordable price, you might want to consider to buy this one. Since there’s a big chance to root this device and install Android 2.2 or 2.3 on the system. Then you might be able to install the android market apps. Well, that’s all for now.
