How to Install Google Android Market Apps to Amazon Kindle Fire

Are you bored already with the available apps on your Kindle apps? Prepared to get excited. Today we’re going to tell you some brief tutorial to install Google’s Android Market on your own popular Amazon e-reader.

Disclaimer : Rooting your device will void your warranty. You may end up with screw your device system. So do this at your own risk.

Before we started to expand the apps possibilities on your Kindle, make sure you already met the following condition. First, your Kindle Fire must be rooted already. Second, you must download GoogleServicesFramework.apk and version 3.3.11 of Vending.apk. We don’t provide link for those file, so you must find it by yourself. Third, download any root explorer app, any program is fine as long as it allow you to change ro/rw permission. Fourth, make sure that you already activated Side Loading Apps on your Kindle Fire. Last things to do for preparation is navigate to settings, continue with “device”, and turn on the “Allow Installation of Application From Unknown Sources” option. Now you’re good to go.

Now, let’s begin the tutorial. First thing to do is transfer those two .apk file into your Kindle Fire via desktop PC or MAC. Make sure that you remember where you put them.

Now, open the root explorer app and browse the .apks file. Select GoogleServicesFramework.apk and select install.When the installation process is complete, select “done”

Long-press the vending.apk file, a pop up menu will appear and you should select “move”. Now, navigate to /system/app folder. Change the mount option from Read Only (RO) to Read Write (RW). When you’re done, paste the vending.apk file to /system/app folder.

Once again, long-press the vending.apk file. Pop menu will appear once again and you should choose “permissions”. Now, change the permissions to match all the application placed in this folder. It would be rw-r-r-

Restart your Kindle Fire. Wait for the boot process to finish. When it’s done, select the market apps, login, and now you’re successfully gain yourself a full access to Android Market via Kindle Fire.
