Well, the HTC Marvel a.k.a. PG76240 Android smartphonehas just made its appearance on the FCC. However, it seems that the HTC Marvel is a T-Mobile version of the HTC Wildfire S. Yes, according to the FCC test reports, the HTC Marvel will support T-Mobile’s GSM and WCDMA bands.
As I said before, the HTC Marvel is a T-Mobile version of the HTC Wildfire S. This can be proved by the logos of the two Android smartphones. The logos are similar in size and shape. Even though they have difference in size, it is only a milimeter long. However, the HTC Marvel logo has circular space on the lower right hand side, while the HTC Wildfire S logo doesn’t have it.
As for the specs, we can expect the same specs as the HTC Wildfire S. Those specs include a 3.2 inch touch display, 800 MHz processor, 5 MP camera, and HTC Sense. There is also a high possibility thatthe HTC Marvel will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. According to a reliable source, the HTC Marvel will be released on July 15. Unfortunately, there is still no news about the price.tags: Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Android Smartphone, HTC Marvel, HTC Wildfire S, PG76240, T-Mobile. FCC
