RIM’s BlackBerry Messenger will available to Android and iOs?

Saturday, March 5th 2011. | Android News, Apps

According to BGR, Research In Motion (RIM) is planning to bring their Blackberry Messenger apps and service to Android and iOs. Still no information about release date and pricing, but it sounds good when the company will make the chat software free to all users. And we also heard that the apps is still being developed, however RIM may end up charging users a one-time or recurring fee to access BBM on Android or iOs smartphone.
Poorly, RIM will reduce the BBM ability for Android and iOs users. The third-party users can communicate with anyone using BBM, but they are unable to share photos, location and videos. If you want to share videos and photos, you must have your own Blackberry phone.

RIM chose Android first because it could develop and integrate something like this much easier with its open source platform. BGR team sure that this great BBM for Android will be launch this year.
