Ok, I’ll explain as simple I can before I share this tutorial. All that you need.

1. Unlock your Xoom’s Bootloader, to do this you can visit the XDA developers
2. Root your Motorola XOOM, you can also learn how to root, from XDA Developers too.
3. Get SetCPU apps
